Autopoziomowanie Repetier - problem

Panowie - wiem ze dla większosci z Was zapewne to błachostka, dlatego kieruje swe prośby o pomoc ponownie do Was :)
Kończąc wazeliniarstwo przechdozę do tematu ;)

Kurde zamontowałem czujnik pojemnosciowy LJ18A3-8-Z/BX DC
Zamontowałem to w Mendel90 podłaczyłem pod krańcówke Zmin, ustawiłem względem dyszy głowicy aby łapał MK3 z lustrem gdy głowica jest 0,09mm i zaczalem zmieniac Repetiera. Po ustawieniu Enable Z-probing wgrałem w RUMBE nowy firmware (ver. dev) i testuje dalej. Krańcowki nie uruchomione i M119
endstops hit: x_max:L y_max:L z_min:L Z-probe state:L
podsuwam jakiś metal pod czujnik i od nowa M119
endstops hit: x_max:L y_max:L z_min:L Z-probe state:H

No to biore homowanie osi Z i pierwsze zdziwienie - wcześniej homowanie danej osi działało tylko na wybraną oś. Teraz X i Y działa tylko dla nich ale biorąc Z nagle robi mi homing X, Y i dopiero Z. Po czym oś Z zjezdza w dół - czujnik łapie stan i oś na chwile zwalnie i podnosi sie po czym - zjezdza dalej w stół. Podniosłem oś Z i sprawdzam reakcje na zmiane czujnika i os Z po wyłapaniu że czujnik zmienia stan robi próbkowanie po czym jedzie dalej w dół - tak jakby nie utożsamiał tego z krańcówka Z min

Z sekcji Z-Probing ustawione amm opcje
Enable automatic bed leveling (FEATURE_Z_PROBE)
i jako Z-probe pin: Z min endstop

Nie wiem o co chodzi. Według róznych opisów na necie podłaczenie czujnika za końcówke i miany w pinach wystarczaja :|

No więc tak - home Z nie powinienem uzywać i bez tego zaczeło PRAWIE działać wszystko
Ustawiłem metode próbkowania na 3 pkt, wyznaczyłem współrzędne - długo nei wiedziałem dlaczego wylatuje mi poza stół ale po przewietrzeniu mózgowiny dotarło do mnie ze współrzędne ustawiam dla głowicy a ofset próbnika jest wykorzystany przez program pozniej (prawdopodobnie)
I wszystko ładnie - zeruje osie X i Y uruchamiam komende G29 (G32 - przy teście mają takie samo dziąłanie) i patrze co się dzieje.
Głowica po shomowaniu jest w X=210 i Y=210 a po komendzie głowica jedzie na srodek stołu po czym wchodzi na pierwsze wpółrzedne X=130 Y=20 ale pozniej gdy ma pojsc do P2 idzie do wspołrzendych X=205 Y=20, które w dziwny sposób widzi prawie na srodku stołu :| - zgłupiałem. Idąc do P3 idzie ładnie w róg X=130 Y=180 - po skonczeniu mierzenia staje w polowie osi X (w ten pkt przy starcie próbkowania idzie i stad w P1)
Nie wiem o co chodzi - z tego pkt pozniej moge normalnie przejsc do X=210 ale ni cholery nie wiem dlaczego w czasie probkowania idzie na pol stołu i przy w dziwny sposob idac na wspolrzedne stołu ktore powinny byc przy prawej windzie to staje mniej wiecej po środku stołu :|
W filmiku postarałem się uchwycić o co mi chodzi :( - widać to w ok 27 sekundzie

Moze którys z kolegów z działającym poprwnie autopoziomowaniem na czujniku podesłałby mi swojego config.h dla repetiera z RUMBA zebym sobie porównał o co chosi?

A wrzuć tu część firmware gdzie masz ustawione punkty pomiarowe i offset dla głowicy.

Wyłaczyłem obsługe krańcówki Z i przy G28 homuje mi tylko osie X i Y
Czujnik mam po lewej stronie od extrudera w odległosci ok 59mm - według poradnika repetiera ustawiam wtedy wartość dodatnią dla osi X (przynajmniej tak zrozumiałem ten obrazek i tabelke pod).

Przy starcie z komendy G29 (wcześniej po homingu), wózek jedzie właśnie we spółrzedne okreslone w offsecie X :|
Dodatkowo załaczam cały plik configuration.h - bo wydaje mi sie ze czujnik powinien dzialać jako krańcówka Zmin i musiałęm cos popindolić. W tm pliku krańcówka Zmin jest wyłaczona.

Wypierdziele tą drukarke chyba
Juz nie mam pomysłu i zastanawiam się czy problem z offsetem to nei kwestia krańcówki dla osi X, która u mnie jest w pozycji MAX - moze pzez to głupieje offset jakos :|
Wgrałem configa zmienionego pod swoje wymiar od kolegi Arek ale nadal mam to samo - ustaienia jego u niego dorbze działaja :|
Mógłby mi ktoś podesłac swoje ustawienia jeszcze do poziomowania dziąłajace na Mendelu90?

Więc tak... G29 w repetierze tylko próbkuje stół, G32 próbkuje i wprowadza korektę, także do testów G29 może być, ale do druku musi być G32 (w repetierze, w marlinie inaczej jest).

Dwa, wrzuć logi z repetier hosta, zaznacz pokazywanie wszystkiego:

Najpierw wrzuć G28 XY, potem G32 i skopiuj cały log i wklej proszę. Może to coś rozjaśni.

A tak poza tym to potrzebny Ci ten autolevelling?:P Nie lepiej porządnie wypoziomować na sztywno na śrubkach raz i zapomnieć?:)

Spróbuj wywalić Z_PROBE_START_SCRIPT i ręcznie robić wszystkie kroki (wg rozsądku, a nie tego co tam było nawalone) by było wiadomo co się dzieje po danym g-code. U mnie idą tylko kroki z start gcode cury (które masz).

M502 i M500 do zerowania ustawień fw po wgraniu nowego też wskazane.

W repetierze (obecne wersje) do korekcji, w przypadku gdy możesz mieć nieco pochylony stół (a nie idealnie poziomy), służy G32 (G32 S3 jeśli chcesz wynik zapisać w eepromie).

Z_PROBE_HEIGHT dałeś 20mm - to jest odległość pomiędzy końcówką dyszy, a stołem w chwili zadziałania czujnika. 20mm to wydaje się trochę dużo jak na ten czujnik.

Z_PROBE_SWITCHING_DISTANCE to ile musi się czujnik cofnąć by na 100% przestał wykrywać stół. 1mm to znów wydaje się za mało (mogą być fałszywe odczyty, potrzeba więcej)

Z tego co patrzyłem w trakcie próbkowania to szło to chyba poprawnie aleee - offset dla X i Y ustawiłem na 0 i wskazałem współrzędne próbkowania takie w których chciałem zeby czujnik był

to ustawiłem testowo zostawiając sobie ten pkt konfigurowania drukarki na pozniej bo najpierw chcialem ogarnac te pkt próbkowania wraz z offsetami (chciałem sobie ograniczyć problemów do rozwiązania) - te 20mm dopiero by mi wyszło przy próbie samego druku chyba
W nowym configu ustawiłem Z_PROBE HEIGHT na poziomie 0,2mm jednak przy próbie wydruku kostki drukuje w powietrzu a na LD dla osi Z wskazuje ze pozycja Z to 0,28 (tyle chyba usawilem wysokosc pierwszej warstwy, więc to jest ok). Fizycznie czujnik mam trochę wyzej od dyszywięc tą wysokość powieniem ustawić chyba na "-"

Z_PROBE_DISTANCE=3mm (czujnik na tym się wyłącza - czujnik niby łapie z 8mm ale przez lustro 4-5mm te wskazania są mniejsze)

Wgranie nowego firmware nie nadpisuje ustawień eepromu.

Z_PROBE_HEIGHT - jeszcze raz przeczytaj co napisałem. Czujnik możesz mieć obojętnie gdzie. To jest odległość dysza-stół (zmierz, wpisz w firmware; normalnie wartość dodatnia) w chwili zadziałania czujnika. Nie ma znaczenia gdzie akurat czujnik jest bo firmware to nie interesuje. Jak czujnik wykryje stół to firmware po tej wartości wie ile jeszcze musi dyszą zjechać by być tuż przy stole.

Wg loga stół popróbkowało w 3 miejscach, obliczyło tablicę transformacji i aktywowało leveling. Jaki jest teraz problem?
